What is Wisdom Teeth Extraction?
At Ossman Harding Dental in Enumclaw and Bonney Lake, Dr. Zander performs wisdom teeth extractions in-house—no referral to an outside oral surgeon needed. We use 3D imaging to plan your procedure and offer IV sedation so you can relax through the entire process.

What to Expect
Your visit begins with a consultation and panoramic X-ray to assess your wisdom teeth. We'll explain what type of impaction you have and discuss sedation options. On the day of surgery, most procedures take 30-60 minutes. You'll go home with detailed aftercare instructions, and we'll schedule a follow-up to ensure proper healing.
When Should Wisdom Teeth Be Removed?
We recommend evaluation in the mid-teenage years, before root structures fully develop. Problems tend to increase after age 30. Signs you may need extraction include:
