Our vision is to provide comprehensive care under one roof so patients never have to leave for their dental needs. We currently provide cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics (SureSmile clear braces), Botox and fillers, dental implants, IV sedation dentistry, wisdom teeth removal, oral surgery, sleep medicine, pediatric dentistry, and more. The only procedure we currently refer out is molar root canals.

We accept all PPO plans including Delta Dental (Preferred), Premera (Preferred), Regence (Preferred), Union Plans, Metlife, Aetna, Tricare, Principal, Cigna, United, and Ameritas. If we're not a preferred provider with your insurance, you'll likely still get great coverage with a regular copay for some services. We cannot accept HMO plans such as Willamette or Kaiser.

We offer several sedation options including nitrous oxide (laughing gas), oral sedation, and IV sedation for patients with dental anxiety or those undergoing more complex procedures. Dr. Zander specializes in IV sedation dentistry.

We recommend visiting the dentist every six months for routine cleanings and exams. However, some patients may need more frequent visits based on their oral health needs. We'll create a personalized care plan for you.
